About Building-Vu

Our Building-Vu staff are world-class thermographers capable of providing the building thermography services needed to characterize water intrusion and many material defects in large and small buildings. Around climate controlled packing houses our high resolution thermal imaging can be used to identify and measure insulation effectiveness and also identify building material problems that may become a structural or building integrity problem. This type of thermal imagery when applied into our thermographic equations can guide the manager’s remediation of the building so that the energy efficiency of the building can be greatly increased. This technology can help the manager avoid some of the long term costs of energy.

We can provide you the services and/or consult with your staff to ensure that your thermography goals are met.

Building-Vu Testimonials:

"I retained Jim Etro (of Building-Vu) as an expert witness in a complicated construction defect case in San Francisco. Jim's thermographic testing was excellent, his testimony was also excellent and his participation in my case was instrumental in my securing a positive settlement for my client. He even devised a novel means of helping me prove my case. I would recommend Jim Etro highly for any construction defect case requiring thermographic analysis and/or expert witness testimony."
- Peter L. Balogh, Attorney at Law
