A typical survey/audit proceeds along our four step process as follows:

1. Site visit & walk through to scope and plan the Job.

We begins with building layout, inside and out (including the roof) and your usage patterns. From this we develop an understanding of the building science factors which are significant to the thermal assessment of the facility, and formulate a data collection and survey plan.

2. Put the image & data collection plan into action:

Obtain climatological (temperature, sky, wind, weather) record

Set-up and conduct day & night, inside & outside Imaging/Collection as needed

Measure meteorology and the inside/outside temperatures and material characteristics

3. Analysis.

4. Report. Compile data and findings into form that meets the client's needs.
